Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. Return & Exchange Policy
At Awaken by SheShe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us at w.perry@awakenbysheshe.com. We will do our very best to ensure that we resolve the issue. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
